  • COR 14.3 (CIPC Registration Document)
  • Latest Certified ID Copy of All Shareholders
  • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
  • Valid B-BBEE Affidavit or Certificate
  • 5-Page Proposal with Detailed Costing (based on the grant amount)
  • Quotations from your Suppliers (based on the grant amount)
  • Intro Video - Introducing Yourself and Your Business (not longer than 1 minute)
